After the initial 14-day grace period, if a retainer has not been placed to officially secure the booking, any continued consultations, planning discussions, revisions, or extended communication will be considered billable administrative time at our standard service rate of $100.
Submitting the required retainer payment converts your inquiry into a confirmed booking and allows unlimited event planning communication related to your contracted services.
