Booking Communication & Retainer Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and dedicated planning time for all clients, we offer a complimentary two-week grace period for communication regarding potential bookings.

During this two-week period, clients may ask questions, discuss event details, and explore service options at no cost. This allows adequate time to determine if our services are the right fit for your event.

After the initial 14-day grace period, if a retainer has not been placed to officially secure the booking, any continued consultations, planning discussions, revisions, or extended communication will be considered billable administrative time at our standard service rate of $100.

Submitting the required retainer payment converts your inquiry into a confirmed booking and allows unlimited event planning communication related to your contracted services.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps ensure we can dedicate quality time and service to confirmed clients and events.

We are happy to accommodate outdoor celebrations and will work with you to ensure a smooth, safe, and elevated bartending experience for you and your guests.

To create the highest level of service and protect equipment, outdoor events require an additional service fee.

This fee applies when:

• The bar setup is located outdoors
• The setup area is exposed to weather elements (heat, wind, rain, etc.)
• Additional equipment such as tents, flooring protection, cooling systems, or extended setup time is required
• The event location requires extended transport or terrain adjustments

The outdoor service fee will be clearly outlined in your event proposal or invoice prior to booking.

As a mobile bartending service, our team travels to your event location with all necessary equipment to deliver a seamless bar experience.

Events outside of our standard service area may incur a travel fee. Travel charges may vary depending on:

• Distance from our primary service location
• Travel time
• Transportation of bar equipment and supplies
• Additional staffing travel needs

Extended-distance events may also require overnight accommodations for staff.

All travel fees will be clearly outlined in your event proposal or invoice prior to booking.
